Bonxie? Today?
Shirva's Workshop Weathervane at sunset tonight
Today unloading the Good Shepherd... Stewart of Quoy told me he saw a Bonxie today. Wow that may be some kind of record? I of course had nothing to give in return just stunning adult male Red-Breasted Merganser, 5 early Oystercatchers, some Redwings and this Whooper Swan.

I have no idea what that is, Tommy, but it looks like it might be good sauteed in white wine, with garlic and onions.
